Found this frog at our back door.. so i put him on this water plant and took a couple of photos of him.

he was a good model and remained still while i photographed him!

I've seen one of these little frogs at my place too....so gorgeous....you were lucky to be able to get the photo....mine just hopped away so fast!

yeh the frog seemed fixed in position, if they don't stay still it's near impossible to get a photo!

Aww what a cute frog, I think its a Litoria ewingi, Southern Brown Tree Frog. Great contrasts and colours. Fanstastic job!

It is a bit awkward, but overall I think it is one of your better shots. Still, it's not like it's easy to have a frog as a model ^^ . I still say it's a great piece!

are you sure thats a frog? it looks a little like a cane toad to me..... but all the same, its a great pic, focus etc. is perfect, and the subject is pretty cute.

oh, and it shows for me!

nope not a cane toad (I hope to god it isn't.. i live in Melbourne!!!)

but yeh i think they are called brown tree frogs.. or so i have been told.
